Dishonest and running a racket supposeively to protect Homeowners from Foreclousre (PLC or something like that)
he ran a racket called Protective which was suppose to protect Homeowneres from for closure. Instead he too our money and did nothing. Reportyed him to the BBB. Is a liar and dishonest and owes me $2400 dollars.
