Stefan Sinn

Mr. Sinn graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University’s nationally renowned Real Estate Program where he would find his passion for real estate. Following his time at FSU, Mr. Sinn began his real estate career assisting homeowners with foreclosure loss mitigation during the Great Recession. Motivated by his experience with property owners and the desire to better assist his clients, Mr. Sinn enrolled at Florida International University’s College of Law where he would go on to graduate 4th in his class.

Mr. Sinn is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, which is a certification held by less than one percent of attorneys, and his practice focuses on all manner of real estate title and transactional law. In addition to his board certification, Mr. Sinn serves as a board member for the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is also a member of the Asset Protection Committee and the Residential Real Estate & Industry Liaison Committee of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He also spent time as an adjunct real estate instructor at Palm Beach State College.

In his free time, Mr. Sinn enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible with his loving wife, Yissell, and children, Sebastian and Alessandra.
