Keith C Austin Jr.

Keith C. Austin Jr. has practiced law in South Florida for 30 years. Keith's practice dominantly focuses on providing representation to entrepreneurs, investors, developers, financial institutions, buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in all matters pertaining to real property, finance, loans and commercial transactions as well as business law. Austin also works closely with and assists in advising numerous families in wealth and estate planning. Keith is particularly skilled at performing in a general counsel capacity to high net worth individuals and families as well as to corporations and partnerships. Austin provides general legal counsel on all aspects of law with a specialization in finance, real property, business, wealth preservation, asset protection, litigation, land use, and development matters. 

Keith served as General Counsel to Flagler National Bank, N.A., which was the largest independent bank in Palm Beach County prior to its sale in 1991 to SunTrust Bank, N.A. Mr. Austin currently serves as General Counsel to the Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, Florida. Bay Hill is the home of the Arnold Palmer Invitational, which is one of the most coveted events in the PGA Tour. Mr. Austin is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating attorneys can receive from their peers based on ethical standards and legal ability.
