DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM, DEFINITELY IF YOU ARE OF COLOR & NEED ACTUAL WORK DONE BY A LAWYER. JOSEPH GRANT WAS MY LAWYER HE NOT ONLY FAILED ME IN MY DIVORCE CASE BUT ALSO A INJUNCTION CASE WERE THE EVIDENCE WAS CLEAR AND A SIMPLE CALL TO THE WITNESS LISTED ON THE ARREST REPORT WOULD HAVE WON THE CA...SE. Joseph Grant Lawyer with Jeff Gorman was asked to stop representing me over 5 times. Joseph Grant willfully and neglectfully stayed on my case after being asked a total of 5 times or more to release me as a client and refund unused funds. Lawyer failed to communicate about case, failed to inform me of any court room procedures after being fired and still showing up at my Injunction case trial in which he seemingly purposely threw, mediation where we first met his in May 2023 met October 29 and I was not even given the correct date of mediation which I had to email over 4 times about and received the correct date only 3 days prior. There's so much more I can say in my real experience, my life now is honestly ruied due to this neglect. After all that was done to me I was sent a bill after spending $7000.00 on someone who didn't believe my innocence, didn't care, wasn't attentive to my needs, was too busy for a real case, nasty, rude and just uncooperative to ensure my 5 year old son best interests and safety was important verses trying to get $3000.00 more to ask the opposing counsel for $30,000 in lawyer funds. ITS SICK! ​ It is believed and can be proven all above and coercive behavior with the opposing counsel communicating with the opposing counsel and never informed me of the procedure changed between the two. Joseph failed to show up to court prepared borrowed a pen, he stated to the judge he didn't want to give up his flash drive with my evidence as would say "the flash drives are to expensive". Even after he robbed be of my rights and freedom in court, Joseph Grant the stole my money, and maliciously took another month to motion the courts for Dismissal of Attorney. Joseph Grant of Jeff T Gorman Law in my opinion and experience is a vial display of our Judicial system and he failed me as a client and failed my son who is now enduring alot of mental health issues due to the chain of events Joseph Grant allowed by not fully representing me his client! JOSEPH GRANT AND SARA FEEL WAITING THE DAY BEFORE YOUR MEDIATION IS BEING PROACTIVE, WELL DUE TO THIS NEGLECT TO MY CASE AND MALPRACTICE OF JOSEPH GRANT I LOST MY CASE AND WAS NEVER ANY ACTUAL LEGAL ADVICE THROUGHTOUT MY CASE. MR. GRANT SPOKE WITH THE OPPOSING COUNSEL MORE THAN ME AND FOR MALICIOUS REASON IN WHICH HELPED THE OPPOSING COUNSEL WIN A BOGUS CASE WITH PERJURY. MR. GRANT FAILED TO COME TO COURT PREPARED AS HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A PEN, HE LOOKED DISGUSTING OVER SIZED SYIT AND UNBATHED FOR COURT, THIS IS AFTER I FIRED HIM 5 TIMES AND ASKED HIM NOT TO SHOW UP SIMPLY DO TO NEGLECT AND FAILURE TO ENTER EVIDENCE I TOLD HIM TO ENTER. THIS FIRM IS A JOKE, ONLY MADE IT THROUGH MEDIATION AND WAS CHARGED OVER $7000.00. I was robbed and if you actually want a good lawyer JOSEPH GRANT IS NOT ONE YOU SHOULD CHOOSE. EVIDENCE TO PROVE THIS IS ALL FACTUAL. LAWSUIT SOON. JOSEPH Grant and Sara are careless and neglectful and does not care about you or your case but the money and a easy win.

Mr. Grant helped my family with a pending eviction notice from my HOA. After meeting over the phone to get a better understanding of our situation, Mr. Grant quickly opened a line of communication with the HOA to resolve our issue. Joe Grant took my case immediately with the shortest notice possible. Even though there was barely any time to respond by the court deadline, he managed to do so in a timely fashion for me. As Soon as he was recommended he allowed me to contact him immediately even though it was 9:30 PM on the even...ing prior to my deadline while he was attending a dinner party. He promised to get back to me after leaving his social event.. & did so as promised. He took a lot of time with me late that evening to familiarize himself with my case. After doing his due diligence and assessing the situation he was able to maintain & protect my rights. During the time that I worked with him he always responded to me quickly whenever I had a question. He was always available on short notice. ALWAYS. He met all deadlines in a timely fashion. I found him to be highly responsible & ethical. He always checked in with me before responding to make sure I agreed with everything in his documentation to opposing council. I always felt I had a say prior. He was very patient, understanding & fair. The few times he needed expert advice he collaborated with collegues/ attorneys who specialized to best protect my rights.
