I found Bill to be incredibly efficient and responsive, even following up with me on a Saturday to review the forms I emailed to him on a Friday night. Being in a police station while someone you love is being arrested (even in bogus charges) is bad enough. But sitting through the turmoil that comes next is infinitely worse. Luckily someone recommended Bill and I wasn’t without his calm, logical demeanor for more than a few minutes. Distraught as I ...was, he “held my hand” (via phone because COVID) and was available at any given time. He was transparent and clear through the entire process, which ended in the charges being dropped. Bill would be my first call if any legal issue ever arose again. Highly recommend.

I called Bill several months ago to Get my name changed. I got married 3.5 years ago and had t gotten around to it because I also wanted to change my first name to what my family has called me since childhood at the same time. He basically gave me a consultation, and said it would save me money to do... it on my own. Probably true, but I had already tried filing on my own and didn’t have any success. I took his advice and was ready to try again on my own. Well, I called him again after a couple of months because things were closed (welcome to pandemic schedules/closures). Bill was amazing, and worth every penny. He was very honest, communicative/responsive, helpful, professional, and patient. Could I have done it on my own cheaper? Sure. I’m not familiar with the court system, and I did try...hence it’s taken 3.5 years. I hit a lot of walls with my work schedule. So even with all of the closures right now, it was most definitely the best option. If I’m ever in the need of legal services again, I would call him in a heartbeat.
