A few weeks ago a loved one was arrested for doing virtually nothing. I contacted Bill within hours of the arrest. Since this was our first time dealing with anything like this we were all scared. The loved one had been charged with a 3rd degree felony. After hearing my story, Bill told me not to ...worry, easier said than done, and met me at the jail for the loved one's first court date. He explained the process and told me exactly what was going to happen. He then went in to the lock up to speak with my loved one who had no idea I had hired an attorney for them. While every other inmate had to post a bond, Bill got the loved one released without having to post anything! Then a week later, he got the entire matter dismissed. If your in trouble, you can do no better than Bill. And although I hope we never have the need for him again, should trouble rear its head in our direction, Bill will be my first call! .

Being in a police station while someone you love is being arrested (even in bogus charges) is bad enough. But sitting through the turmoil that comes next is infinitely worse. Luckily someone recommended Bill and I wasn’t without his calm, logical demeanor for more than a few minutes. Distraught as I ...was, he “held my hand” (via phone because COVID) and was available at any given time. He was transparent and clear through the entire process, which ended in the charges being dropped. Bill would be my first call if any legal issue ever arose again. Highly recommend.

I went to see Attorney Bill Wallshein on a DUI case recently. You can imagine how worried I was about all the fallout surrounding the arrest.
