I hired this attorney to represent me . He did not! Instead he gave me a paper to sign that I was guilty. And this was after I paid him $3000.00. He never educated me to the law or how he was going to fight for me as not guilty. He condemned me before the prosecutor did. He had to be forced by the... judge to come to court to stand besides me. Beware!

Hi, I was arrested on drug charges, felony 3rd degree, facing possible 5 years in prison. Mr. Hefley took my case even though I had issues with money/fees. He accepted reasonable payments, and worked with me on something affordable to me and my family. The overall outcome was a success in my opini...on, He arranged with prosecutors to get me help with my drug problem, and I was ultimately given the opportunity to be on probation with a small amount of community service as opposed to serving time in jail, or treatment in jail.
