I hired William for a felony case. It was my first time in this situation. I liked his strategy of talking to the prosecutor BEFORE formal charges were filed. I hired this attorney to represent me . He did not! Instead he gave me a paper to sign that I was guilty. And this was after I paid him $3000.00. He never educated me to the law or how he was going to fight for me as not guilty. He condemned me before the prosecutor did. He had to be forced by the... judge to come to court to stand besides me. Beware!

I have a very bad experience with this lawyer. After I contacted him for my case he called me twice a day to ask me when I will come to his office to pay him because he wants to start my case. I went to him payed full amount after that anytime I call him he say he will call me back and never call b...ack. And I have no information about the case. Every time I have court the date change with out tell me for 4 time in a year. For the fourth time he don't change it he don't show he do not call. The judge have to call him. And he tells the judge he forgot. I finally hired someone else he got my money for doing nothing.

My william heffley was the first of 7 attorneys i consulted with after i had a legal problem, and i ended up hiring him because his fees are reasonable, he was respectful, always answered his phone and was very patient to meet with me when i needed and spoke realisticly. He did not claim things in or...der to get my business. I had one lawyer insinuate that just because he had worked with the state atorneys office he was better than the other attorneys at handling my case and he wanted to charge me double mr hefleys fees. I am sick and tired of lawyers using and droping names of places they had worked before or public office they had held in order to create an illusion that they can do a better job than other lawyers because of those positions they had taken up. We are in a country of law, only a good lawyer who knows the law can get you results and the rest is just illusions just to take your money. Mr william heffley has all my respect not only because he got my case dissmissed, but because he is a good and respectful lawyer and an honest person. I recommend that you hire him.
