Our daughter made some very poor choices and got involved with drugs. She went to Florida to address those issues, but like so many individuals struggling to get healthy, she relapsed and made mistakes that got her in trouble with the law. And yes, our daughter is back on the road to recovery, with Scott playing a critical role in helping her finally see the light.

I don't know where to start or what to call this man, Mr. Skier is the real MVP the Wizard of all defense attorney. Couple of months a go I got arrested the charges were serious and the punishment would have be very serious. After Severals weeks looking into getting a lawyer on the case I came across... I first hired Scott in 2008. I had a very complicated case where due to the scoring system I was facing a lengthy prison term and was on my 2nd VOP with a new charge. With Scott's guidance, patience and outstanding court presence I avoided going to prison and was able to have my probation reinstated.... Scott got me a bond on a VOP, an extremely difficult feat. A few years later, Scott was able to arrange modifying my probation 4 separate times, including getting me off DOC community control, terminating my DUI probation early and successfully, and terminating my DOC probation successful as well as avoiding a 5th VOP.
