I don't know where to start or what to call this man, Mr. Skier is the real MVP the Wizard of all defense attorney. Couple of months a go I got arrested the charges were serious and the punishment would have be very serious. After Severals weeks looking into getting a lawyer on the case I came across... The Skier Law Firm. After reading some of the reviews from previous clients, I felt compelled and confident that this man was the right man for the job, boy did I make the right choice. Within weeks before my 1st court appearance Mr. Skier asked me to come in so we could talk, as I’m sitting there going through the legal aspect and the process or whatnot. When you say, "I would trust so and so with my life..." one thinks of a really impressive person; my husband and I trusted Scott Skier with our daughter's life. If you're a parent, you know how overwhelming this decision can be. If you're in legal trouble, you know how critical this decision is. ...We are not the kind of people that have an attorney "on retainer" and we are 1200 miles away from the situation our daughter got herself into. She was arrested on felony charges and faced jail time as a result of a dual diagnosis addiction and the poor decision making that comes along with that. This case took some surprise turns more than once even though it was our daughter's first offense. Scott obtained the kind of outcome from the court that was wise for our daughter; a transfer to drug court, and will clean the slate for her in the end. Scott's work wasn't through at the courtroom. Administrative/Judicial issues befell my daughter at drug court and Scott intervened further. The situation would have unraveled badly without his ability to work successfully with the courts. Scott Skier is the kind of attorney you can trust implicitly to do the best for his client with expertise, integrity, energy, composure and perseverance. There was not a second in this 6 month "trial" that we doubted Scott, we had every confidence in his ability. It does not cease to impress us that Scott was able to balance being a very talented attorney who knows when to be an aggressive defender with the kind of sensitivity to understand the needs of a successful recovery story. We chose wisely and our daughter has a chance to live successfully.

I retained Mr. Skier for my False Imprisonment and Assault case. When I personally met Mr. Skier at our first consultation within the first 15 minutes I knew he was the lawyer for me.
