The Law Office of Paul A. Krasker, P.A. offers assistance in many practice areas including real estate, family law, bankruptcy, probate administration and estate planning, to name a few. In 2010, Mr. Krasker formed the Homeowners Assistance Division (HAD) of his law office to provide help for homeowners with distressed real estate. The Homeowners Assistance Division assists with loan modifications, short sale negotiations, foreclosure defense and related services. To date, HAD has assisted more than 1,000 owners to obtain some form of relief. In 2011, Mr. Krasker was appointed as one of the only law offices to be an approved advisor by the Florida Housing Corporation to administer the Hardest Hit Fund applications for Floridians statewide In addition to his law practice, Mr. Krasker is a principal in three related commercial ventures
