This firm did absolutely nothing except collect money. Really unbelievable that this guy is not in jail. The first review is accurate and the rest must be phony. Their loan modifications don’t happen and the short sales are bought by investors he works with. If you don’t sell to his group they threat...en that the bank will seek a default judgment. Nothing that was promised was delivered.

Over the course of a year I found The Law Office of Paul Krasker PA and the staff to be very unprofessional and caused me more harm than good. There were several phone calls and emails that went unanswered, missed court filing dates, and a deposition canceled without an explanation. Even the opposin...g counsel wrote in a document to the judge that our responses were boiler plate answers. Loan negotiations were discussed but never happened. Kinley Engvalson, Esquire, my assigned attorney, refused to ask for a continuance after my loan was sold to another mortgage company. This resulted in the judge to set a sale date. I had to send a completed modification package myself, without the help or advise of my paid for attorney, Mr. Kinley Engvalson. The result was to either lose our family home of 16 years or accept a bad loan modification with an additional $50,000 added onto the mortgage and to start over with an extra $350 ever month for the next 30-years. When I asked them to remove themselves as my council, the firm asked me to sign a release document disallowing me to pursue legal action against Paul A. Krasker, PA. When I did not sign the document right away, I was asked to submit my current months payment to them. That is extortion as far as I am concerned. Like I said, most dishonorable, inadequate, unprofessional firm ever. To this date I am still working on resolving issues I hired Krasker Law firm to handle starting back in April of 2016.

Like so many others we had financial setbacks during the past few years and also found ourselves severely under water on the mortgage loan t...o value on our house. We had tried applying for loan modifications ourselves. When our own efforts failed we hired another law firm who promised success. The only thing that happened is we paid money that we already did not have. Admittedly, we were skeptical about Krasker as well; but thanks to the dedication of his team we now have a loan modification that makes our mortgage affordable and are simply waiting for the foreclosure to be officially dismissed. Last Christmas we believed it would be the last that we spent in our home and this year we are celebrating Thanksgiving with special thanks to Fabian Silnik and Mali Martinez for their diligence and perseverance.
