I do not think criminal defense lawyer is an accurate description of an attorney who defends Americans who are accused of crimes. Every case where folks are accused of crimes is actually a constitutional rights case.

It is very rewarding to defend people against banks and creditors' abuses. The way they are attacking the people in this economy is astounding. Foreclosure Defense and Credit Card Defense are especially gratifying areas. Our people are getting so beat up these days. Our economy could be totally repaired if banks were forced to reduce principle balances to 5% below the market value. End the Federal Reserve too and go back on the gold standard. Drill here and now.

Getting my masters in intellectual property and my bachelor of science in computer science have opened the door to allow me to help folks get their ideas up and running. It's a nice counter-balance to the heavy fighting we do in my litigation and trial practice.
