John Cater Randolph

Skip Randolph is the 2009 recipient of the “Ralph A. Marsicano Award” (the most respected award of the City, County and Local Government Law Section of The Florida Bar, which is presented each year to the lawyer who has over a period of time made significant and outstanding contributions to the development of Local Government in Florida).  He is the 2006 recipient of the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association “Paul S. Buchman" Municipal Attorney of the Year Award.  Mr. Randolph deals primarily in matters relating to municipal and administrative law and zoning. Representative clients include the Town of Gulf Stream, Town of Palm Beach, the Town of Jupiter Island and Lost Tree Village. Skip also represents individual clients on municipal and governmental law matters relating to zoning and land use.

Mr. Randolph serves as the Chairman of the Palm Beach Fellowship of Christians and Jews, has served as President of the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association, has served as President and on the Board of Directors of  the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults, is Past-President of Royal Poinciana Chapel, and is past-President of the Zoological Society of the Palm Beaches.  Mr. Randolph has been selected by his peers as a Leading Florida Attorney, is listed as a Top Lawyer by South Florida Legal Guide and is also listed in Best Lawyers in America. He is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
