Saw the review where attorney John was rejected by Housewives Series. Really? That did not happen. Sounds like someone saw his photo with the Housewives star and for some other non-television related reason, or motive, wanted to toss in he was rejected. Quite the opposite. I wanted to build a show ar...ound John as he has enormous presence - and is supremely bright and charismatic. He also had his own show he was developing - so no, folks, not true about John being a reject. I also can guess the Housewife star still daydreams about him. Skip all that, though. My take is if he is in a room and there is a fight, he will be the last person standing.

Stay away if you want true legal representation Unprofessional, to say the least John, with the greasy hair was rejected as a Real Housewife member and is more of a used car salesman. The embodiment of White Privilege and supremacy. Their revenue comes from suing their own clients after they have... tanked your case.

After an initial consultation by phone I was told my case would require a sizeable retainer. I agreed and said I would work on securing the money. There were several emails initiated by Pankauski Hauser that included language like "John has no problem suing….and our firm would certainly owe all dut...ies of loyality to you...", " [Partner] recommends we begin our investigation as soon as possible... Once we are hired,...we will be able to schedule a meeting." "...please feel free to let us know if you decide to retain us." I answered, "I do intend on retaining your services, however I do need to secure the $XX,000.00 retainer first." I said it would be August (the following month) before the funds were available and Mr. Pankauski said to call him then. I secured the funds, I called Mr. Pankauski and he declined to represent me. I think I was misled. You decide.
