Franklin Prince

The worst experience I ever receive! I do not recommend this attorney. My family struggled to pay this man $12,500.00 and we barely heard from him. When ever we called to get case updates he responded rudely and was hostile. He kept my family in the dark about my brother's case while he was in prison.... He made a plea deal that did not work in our favor and forced my brothers hand as if he had no other choice. In addition he yelled at my family in court right before the trial sentencing because he was upset that I sent an email complaining about the poor service we received from his law firm. My family and I knew nothing about the law and entrusted Mr Franklin with our brothers case only to find out that he barely Did anything to help. If I knew better I would have asked the judge to give us more time to find another lawyer. Beware and do not make the same mistakes we did.

Mr. Franklin Prince, not that good of a trial lawyer. Really only good for peal deals. If you have a complex case Franklin Prince is not right for a serious case. For months Mr. Prince kept telling me the ASA in my case had turned over evidence to him when that never happened. Many times Mr. Prince w...ould tell me things that were not true and then blame his mistakes on his "1" paralegal with quit on him while me case was happening. Two Times I had a 1:15pm appointment with Mr. Prince and both times Mr. Prince showed up smelling of alcohol. The Asst. State Attorney in my case played so my games with him that I questioned if he actually represented me of the state on my case. He's a really bad lawyer that has problems being truthful. Mr. Prince only good at quick plea agreements at $3000+ cost, OVERCHARGING for little work. DO NOT USE Mr. Prince if you have a complex case he will not do what he says, he'll miss deadlines, and essentially he will lose your case unless he 100% agrees with you. I feel being the new information in my case that Mr. Prince REFUSED to look at, Mr. Prince actual helped the state against me in my case.

Mr.Prince representation was very professional. At first he was not our original hired attorney, he stepped in for a colleague. His knowledge was spot on and he kept us informed of every step and process. I recommend this attorney for any facing criminal prosecution. He will fight on your behalf and... he is not afraid of challenges.
