I filed for divorce w/ minor child involved and I made a mess of things trying to do things on my own. I wasn’t sure where to turn for legal counsel. I contacted the law office of Dodger Arp on March 30, 2022 for a Uniform Motion Calendar hearing scheduled for April 6, 2022. Attorney Arp and I spoke to him in great length about prices and what I could expect for each cost on any service that he provided. On April 1st, I received a text message fro...m Adrienne that Attorney Arp would not be available to attend that hearing, but no other information such as requesting a continuance, etc. After I made multiple calls to the office looking for actions that the firm could take regarding his representation, I finally got a reply to my email that stated that Dodger Arp was declining the entire limited appearance that was to include limited appearances for two other aspects of the case...less than 24 hours before the first scheduled hearing.
