Before the appointment, I was contacted by multiple se...cretaries from the firm. Each one provided inconsistent information, appeared unfamiliar with the scheduling details, and was unable to answer basic questions about the consultation. Their lack of coordination and clarity created confusion and did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from a law firm handling serious matters. On the day of the appointment, I was scheduled for a call at a specific time. I waited for over 30 minutes with no communication, no update, and no courtesy notice from the attorney or the office. When the attorney eventually called, he did not acknowledge the delay, did not apologize, and did not provide any explanation for missing the scheduled appointment time. This pattern of disorganization—from the multiple unprepared secretaries to the attorney’s failure to communicate or show professional courtesy—is concerning. Clients deserve timely communication, respect for scheduled appointments, and staff who are informed and capable of handling basic administrative responsibilities. I am requesting that this incident be documented and reviewed. I hope the firm will take steps to ensure that future interactions reflect the standards expected of legal professionals.
