Ruth Jean "Best" Lawyer in South Florida
"I had issues with my Immigration status and had received plenty of advice from other lawyers before hiring Ruth. One day I confided to a friend of mine about all of the issues I was having and she recommended that I contact Ruth. I am so happy that I did. Before contacting Ruth, I was on TPS and was told by other lawyers that if I wanted to obtain a green card, I would have to return to Haiti. I had not been to Haiti since I was a child and was afraid that if I returned, I would get stuck there. When I consulted Ruth, she told me that I should be able to get my green card without returning to Haiti. I hired her in 2018 and by September 2019, my green card was approved and I did not have to return to Haiti! Ruth understands the law and she knew exactly how to apply it to my situation. I thank God that I listened to my friend and hired her. Till this day every time I look at my green card I tear up. Thank You Ruth jean for making what seemed impossible for other Lawyers , Possible! Due to the reckless action of a motorist, my son was issued a traffic ticket for rearending the vehicle in front of him. Upon contacting Ms. Jean and explaining the situation, she was able to get the charges dropped. My son didn't have to miss a day from school and his driving record is untarnished. I would recommend Ms. Jean without hesitation.

I hired Ms. Jean to assist with a civil case concerning fraud and a breach of contract. Ms. Jean is professional, reliable and was able to get judgment against the defendant I sued. Help with my UVisa
"I came into the country on a tourist Visa and was the victim of an attempted robbery with a firearm. It was a very traumatic experience for me. I hired Ruth after consulting her and she helped me trough the entire process of getting a UVisa. I have been working legally in the country and am now in the process of getting my green card!"

Immigration Petition for my parents

Ruth saved me from a debt collector! I was sued on an old debt that I felt I had no defense for. I contacted Ruth in desperation and she discovered that the debt was outside the statute of limitations. The judge dismissed the case and the case could not be refiled, AND the debt collector's attorney had to pay Ruth attorney fees.

The best decision I ever made in 2017
We hired Ruth Jean from Jean Law Group for immigration proceedings for my husband. At the time my husband had a TPS immigration status. She became an important advocate in helping us with the most challenging moments in our family lives. Her attention to details and sound judgement enabled my husband to receive his green card in less than 1 year!
