You are much better off either representing yourself or simply begging the judge to issue a judgment against you. Diana will do exactly the same... and you will be paying her a small fortune to get a judgment against you and never show up in the court. Is that what you want to hire an attorney for? I had hired Diana E Rodriguez to represent me on my foreclosure case. She never showed up for the hearings and most importantly consented to a judgment against me, without ever receiving my written or verbal consent. My house sale date is already set because I got scammed by this so called attorney Diana E Rodriguez. She is extremely lazy. She would never show up for your court hearing, she would keep you in complete darkness about your case, she would make sure that she gets a judgment against you and then she will threaten you that if you report her to the Florida Bar, she would sue you.
