I handle primarily Immigration and Nationality Law. I have been practicing in the Immigration field for over 25 years. I handle all aspects of Immigration, incluiding Family Sponsorships, Naturalization, Business Visas, Investment visas, Removal/Deportation, and Asylum.
I also handle traffic citations in all 50 states. If you receive a ticket in any state, do not just pay it. Call me first to discuss your options, how it will affect your driving record and insurance, and how I can help you keep a clear record.
I represent CDL drivers and trucking companies nationwide. I help to keep citations of the record. I also help clear convictions on records and dispute DOT violations on CSA and PSP background reports.
