I handle primarily Immigration and Nationality Law. I have been practicing in the Immigration field for over 25 years. I handle all aspects of Immigration, incluiding Family Sponsorships, Naturalization, Business Visas, Investment visas, Removal/Deportation, and Asylum.
I also handle traffic citations in all 50 states. If you receive a ticket in any state, do not just pay it. Call me first to discuss your options, how it will affect your driving record and insurance, and how I can help you keep a clear record.

Speeding ticket
Howard helped me with an out of state speeding ticket. He saved me thousands of dollars in insurance premiums. Howard was able to fight the added points had I not been represented by him.

Absolutely Incredible work
I had 3 tickets that seemed unbeatable, tickets that would have suspended my license and had 4 digit fines, the tickets were for racing, speeding 60+ over the limit, and reckless driving, the odds seemed completely against me but after getting Howard Yelen on the case everything was straight forward ...
