Since the beginning, Mr. Aponte was very detailed in explaining us the case and worked with my family towards obtaining the pardon for my brother’s deportation. The case was complicated, since my brother committed aggravated felonies back in his youth and was also diagnosed with schizophrenia. Our ca...se took about four months. We did not meet him in person until a couple of days prior to the trial, when we travelled to Florida. Even though, the communication was seamless as if we were meeting with him at his office. He was available at all times for our questions and to discuss his strategy, preparing us to testify and explained the whole trial process. He is a very spiritual person.
