Excellent Immigration Lawyer

Since the beginning, Mr. Aponte was very detailed in explaining us the case and worked with my family towards obtaining the pardon for my brother’s deportation. The case was complicated, since my brother committed aggravated felonies back in his youth and was also diagnosed with schizophrenia. Our ca...se took about four months. We did not meet him in person until a couple of days prior to the trial, when we travelled to Florida. Even though, the communication was seamless as if we were meeting with him at his office. He was available at all times for our questions and to discuss his strategy, preparing us to testify and explained the whole trial process. He is a very spiritual person. At the end my brother was granted the Cancelation of Removal. I would highly recommend Mr. Aponte for any complicated case.

Immigration Succesful Case

I am very happy to be represented by attorney Milton Aponte who has successfully worked with my cases bringing them forth with great results. I have gone to several attorneys who only got money from me, make me waste my time and caused me more delays in addressing the real issues. A friend recommende...d me to go and visit attorney Milton Aponte. I went to visit him to lay my case in his hands. From the very first day that I saw him, he came across as a very honest man, responsible, dedicated, very conscious about my limited resources, a true professional that look at people the way they are, as human beings that need an attorney who cares about their cases. He impressed me as the attorney that I needed. Mr. Milton Aponte achieved what other attorneys could not achieve. I had a deportation order from Orlando and he was able to reopen my immigration case and had it transferred to Miami. I also had another deportation order from the immigration court in Miami and he was able to have it reopened and terminated for having been improvidently issued. Now I have no deportation orders against me and I am scheduled with the immigration court to hear my adjustment of status case. I am very happy about it. I am aware of how hard he works his cases. He spent countless hours working my cases, getting evidence and presenting the right and correct arguments. I am exceedingly happy about the excellent results that Mr. Aponte has achieved in my cases. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Aponte to those who need a good attorney to represent them. The United States needs more attorneys like Mr. Aponte. He is someone in whom you can trust.
