Tracy Belinda Newmark

Prior to retaining Mrs. Tracy Newmark, I was represented by counsel that I thought was skilled at his craft; it took me almost a year and an exuberant amount of money to find out I was dealing with a minnow within the legal community. Although he was the best of the best, (as he would often articulat...e to me) I knew I needed a shark if I was ever going to see an end to the frivolous litigation I was engrossed in with my ex spouse. Tracy Newmark is/was that “Shark.” Within a few minutes of our initial meeting, she had already pulled the E-Filings to see what had transpired in my marriage that had been dragging through the courts for years with no end in site. She exposed so many procedural & administrative errors by my “awesome” attorney that I had to retain her on the spot. She did more work on my case in the first 24 hours… then prior counsel did in 24 months. Want opposing counsel to be intimated? Then allot 30 – 60 minutes for a consult with Tracy. I can’t thank her enough – she saved my life! You can’t put a price tag on that.

I agree that Tracy is real hard to reach. But the people at her office always were very helpful. Tracy is real good at what she does, she stepped up to the plate at that courtroom. I had never felt so protected and so good in a long time. Tracy had all her resources and information at hand, my ex hus...band's attorney even feared her, and convinced my ex husband to quit while he can because they were going to lose the case. I recommend Tracy to anyone and everyone.

So, the previous review of "waist" not "waste" of money is so very much on the contrary to my experience with Tracy. She does not waste time on things that cost money, and sure, sometimes it takes a little while to have her get back to you, but on the matters that are important, she sure does perfor...m and gets back to you on things that need immediate attention. I have used two other divorce attorneys years ago, and all they cared about was their retainer. Tracy did not leave me hanging on my case. She is also very tough in court and knows her stuff. So she doesnt give you lip service and tells you like it is......She has been more than reasonable to me! If you would ever want a personal reference I would be happy to furnish one for her.
