Kelley A. Joseph, Esq. and the Law Offices of Kelley A. Joseph, P.A. is dedicated to providing sensible and effective representation to family law clients, from uncontested divorce, and child custody disputes, to complex financial and high asset divorce.
Law Offices of Kelley A. Joseph P.A., opened in March 2011. Ms. Joseph spent seventeen (17) years practicing family law with her prior firm, starting out of law school and making junior partner by age 28, representing both Husbands and Wives, Same Sex Spouses, from various backgrounds. Ms Joseph enjoys resolving complex financial Family court litigation, working with forensic experts, including forensic accountants, real and tangible property appraisers; private investigators, pension experts and actuaries, vocational rehabilitation evaluators, psycho-social investigators and psychologists, substance abuse and reunification experts, to name a few; has a good working relationship with her fellow family lawyers and with the experts, as well as the judiciary.
Ms Joseph has been a Supreme Court certified court-appointed Family Guardian Ad Litem, serving as a friend is the court and for purposes of making recommendations to the court on what is in the child’s best interest, since 1997, addressing issues of timesharing and parental responsibility and other related matters. Ms Joseph also enjoys mediating cases for families with children, especially those with autism and related conditions, which is near to her heart, and something she is passionate about.
Ms. Joseph is licensed to practice law in the Southern & Middle District of Florida Federal Bars in addition to the Florida state bar. Ms Joseph also practiced personal injury, criminal defense in addition to family law over the last 25 years.

The firm handles a variety of complex marital & family law matters, ante-nuptial agreements and discreet complex financial liigation, using a variety of experts, in all aspects of contested custody and divorce related litigation; domestic violence; paternity; temporary relief; alimony, child support, relocation, equitable distribution, dissipation of assets, timesharing & parental responsibility, temporary and final parenting plans, post-judgment modification, enforcement, contempt, as well as claims for supervised timesharing, violence and substance abuse; safety based parenting plans; ex parte domestic violence injunctions, temporary exclusive use and possession of the marital home; prevention of dissipation of assets; pick-up orders and emergencies; special needs children and divorce; same sex divorce, and all other aspects of family law.
Ms Joseph works to resolve every case without the necessity of costly litigation, whenever possible, but when settlement is not possible, Ms. Joseph has over thirty years of courtroom experience.
