June Elizabeth Loochkartt

I met Ms. Loochkartt at the recommendation of another client 24+ years ago and she coddled me through a long treacherous divorce and child custody battle. Long before the internet! Her kindness and grace and caring were none to be compared. She moved mountains to be fair and accommodating and to hel...p me through the hardest time in my life. All these years later my son went to her to file for a divorce she has been there every step of the way, nights, holidays, weekends, questions like you would never even believe. Always a smile through every obstacle you could possibly imagine, her unremarkable knowledge of the law and her personality, caring and abilities have always shown through. The pandemic didn't stop her form letting us know she was always here for my family. A true "bulldog" when she needs to be (I am an animal lover so I don't say this with malice about a breed of dogs) and she never gives up. I would recommend Ms. Loochkartt to anyone. There truly are no words to properly thank her for being the smart and down to earth person and attorney she is. This combination is not always that easily found. She doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk. We are forever grateful for this wonderful lady!!!!! I hope no one goes through bad times, but if you do, Ms. Loochkatt is the most amazing person to have by your side!!!

O.k I'm just going to dive right in to make a long story kind of short. I've been with my boyfriend now fiance for over a decade. We decided to elope. Once we got to courthouse we were told the exact date of divorce is required if provided incorrect date and elope with incorrect divorce info I can be... fined/charged if not mistaken. I've contacted several lawyers went to the courthouse in two different counties and they weren't able to find divorce record for me and it reflected in the county I married that I was still married. I did International search with Vital Statistics came back no divorce record found. This has been going on for almost a decade because I was adamant that I was divorced. It was stressful I waited so long to marry the man of my dreams to run into this?! I was told I wasnt divorced I would have to file. In my head, I was like again?! This cant be right. Contacted a good friend of mine decided to share with him venting and he provided me with Law office of June Loochkartt, PA number and told me to call her. I called her she got my name and began asking me so much questions. I must admit, I felt like I was being interrogated lol. She then said to me "I'm not trying to be a pain I dont want to go through divorce process and you're already divorced." She searched and searched her system because it was about 14yrs ago and found my divorce license. I cried real tears. she immediately took a picture texted it to me and said that's her deed for the day. Make sure to go to courthouse print 3 certified copies went to record department for it recorded. I was so emotional everyone wanted up front money, I delt with a lawyer before and he took my money without rendering any service so I couldn't believe it!!!!! Thank you!!!!!! Divorce and child custody battles are difficult enough as it is. I had hired one attorney who was filing paperwork after paperwork and getting nowhere except racking up the bills so I let him go. I was referred to June by a friend and I am forever thankful. Finally, a lawyer who not only was a straig...ht shooter, but was compassionate and understanding. She was described to me as a “Tiger” in the court room, which is very true. It really felt like I finally had someone on my side who was willing to fight hard for me as if she were fighting for herself. June was always there and straight with her advice. Not only am I pleased with her services as a lawyer I am very happy to consider her a friend. Her experience in the local court system gives her great insight into the different personalities of the judges and where they usually stand on subjects. She reads people very well and anticipates where they may take things which allows her to be prepared as well as preparing you for what to expect. I would absolutely highly recommend her services.
