O.k I'm just going to dive right in to make a long story kind of short. I've been with my boyfriend now fiance for over a decade. We decided to elope. Once we got to courthouse we were told the exact date of divorce is required if provided incorrect date and elope with incorrect divorce info I can be... fined/charged if not mistaken. I've contacted several lawyers went to the courthouse in two different counties and they weren't able to find divorce record for me and it reflected in the county I married that I was still married.
