Kimberly Rogers

I represent Florida homeowners and businesses when their property insurance claims are delayed, underpaid, or denied. Before founding The Innocent Law Firm in 2020, I defended insurance companies. I know how insurers evaluate and litigate claims, and I use that perspective for my clients. I try first-party property cases, and insurers have settled after a jury was seated.

My practice covers hurricane and wind, water and plumbing, roof, and mold claims, along with personal injury cases, where my insurance background helps me find every available source of coverage. I represent clients throughout Florida from my office in Sunrise.

I am a member of the Florida Justice Association and an associate member of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. I earned my J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where I was a member of the Trial Team.
