Daniel Lawrence Kaufman

I have been practicing in the area of personal injury law in the State of Florida for over 20 years. I handle my cases from the initial and assist my clients directly throughout the claim and litigation process. I have handled many types of personal injury cases throughout my career involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, brain damage, paralysis, surgery, scarring and permanent injuries in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. 

I was an adjunct professor of law at the Nova Southeastern School of Law for the past 13 years. 

I am a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. Less than 7% of all Florida lawyers are Board Certified. I have been honored with entry into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which recognizes lawyers who have settled or obtained a verdict of over $1,000,.

I am an active volunteer in the community. I was recognized as the Sheinberg Family YMCA of Weston’s Volunteer of the Year in 2010. Additionally, I served on the Weston YMCA’s Board of Directors including time as the Chairman of the Board. I have been a volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Florida since 1997 and have been recognized several times for my service including the Volunteer and Wish Granter of the Year Awards.  

I have volunteered to teach with the Junior Achievement program in my community’s local elementary schools for the past 15 years.

I have dedicated my career to helping victims who have suffered personal injuries in falls, car crashes, attacks, pool related injuries, wrongful death, product defects, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and various other types of claims. I also handles insurance disputes, insurance coverage matters, homeowner’s claims, and various other insurance matters.
