I have been practicing worker’s compensation and personal injury law in the State of Florida for over 20 years. I am “AV” rated by Martindale Hubble’s peer rating system, the highest rating achievable for both legal abilities and ethics. For more than 15 years, I have been vigorously pursuing my clients’ rights to money damages in cases where personal injury or death has been the result of injuries in the workplace, carelessness, negligence, product liability, medical malpractice or the violation of other legal rights.

I spent the first few years of my career primarily defending product manufacturers, airlines and airplane manufacturers in high exposure personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. That experience provided invaluable insight into how the insurance industry viewed, analyzed and resolved personal injury and wrongful death cases, product liability cases and medical malpractice cases. During those early years of practice, I decided my abilities would be best served fighting for the rights of those injured, or the families of those who had died, as a result of workplace injuries, defective products, careless healthcare or other neglect or abuse. Since 1996 I have devoted 100% of my practice to the representation of plaintiffs in cases of injury or death caused by workplace accidents, neglect, abuse, medical malpractice, product liability or the violation of other legal rights.
