This "lawyer" does not know bankruptcy laws, at all. He had me file Chapter 13 on a condo that I have not lived in for TEN years and had file Chapter 7 on to address any debt. He did not review the Chapter 7 case. He does not know anything other than a glorified legal clerk. He did not advocate me or... explain things properly. He is in no way knowledgeable about bankruptcy issues. Do not hire him. He will waste your money.
