I am glad that I called them because I too had an awesome experience working with these attorneys. I called them on Saturday and spoke to legal assistant Gilda who was ple...asant and attentive. She instructed me to take a picture of the traffic ticket and email to her and I was also able to make the payment over the phone. They kept open communications and were extremely efficient, professional and responsive. Today I just received an email with a letter stating that my ticket was dismissed. I'm so happy! first of all I would like to thank you guys so much for being soo quick and effective, I am very happy with the results of my case and will not think twice to recommend you to all my friends and family. I got a really unfair ticket from a cop in south beach and thought I had to deal with paying high ...fines, going to court, losing points on my license etc..... but I didn't have to do any of that thanks to Unger & Kowitt who kindly represented me at court and fought for my case and successfully got my ticket dismissed. Excellent staff, very professional, helpful, efficient, I was able to do everything on line, e-mail or by phone. Did not have to waste time going to their offices. Best of all they were able to get my citation dismissed with no further cost. Citation was given in Broward County and I live in Miam...i-Dade, having had to drive and go to court in Ft. Lauderdale alone would have been worth the cost of their fee to represent me. Thanks again for all your help
