I had THREE Citations! I was highly recommended to Mr. Unger from a close friend. From the very start; of course, I was nervous due to a Bench warrant and other infractions. From the very start the staff/office informed me of the steps that will take place. As well as what I needed to do on my part. ... Each step that took place I was informed via email and a follow up letter! All my concerns were answered when I called or I was transferred to the Main office for an update etc..., In some instances Mr. Unger would call me himself! That for me meant alot.
