She founded her firm, the Law Office of Cindy S. Vova, P.A., in 1992 on a heritage rooted in ethics, integrity and honor. As the principal of the firm, Cindy strives to smoothly and skillfully resolve all types of family conflicts with the least possible level of animosity and the highest degree of professionalism, particularly when there are children involved.
Attorney Cindy S. Vova founded the firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida after eight years of working with some of South Florida’s most prestigious law firms, and after becoming a parent herself. As a boutique firm, concentrating on all aspects of family law, we pride ourselves on the genuine care, concern and commitment that we apply to every family law problem.
Understanding that frequently traditional and customary methods in resolving family law disputes are adversarial, and therefore often inadequate, our firm devote significant time and employ creative methods in exploring alternative approaches for resolving family law disputes including mediation and collaborative law.

Use another attorney!
Non-responsive.... Not enough of an advocate for me...took many days to get replies... I had heard other similar complaints from former clients but used Cindy because she was all I could afford. You get what u pay for, I got a terrible agreement. Spend your money elsewhere.

Replied last May 08, 2018Unfortunately, I cannot determine who this client is, because it is my practice to always get back to my clients in a timely manner. I am always on top of my cases and keep up with my clients.If I am tied up in a trial or depositions, my staff gets me a message and I attempt to respond after hours or on weekends. As far as advocating, that is my job! But perhaps this was a client who took an unreasonable position or one not supported by the law. One thing is that I am always straight with clients. I tell it like it is, because otherwise people live with unrealistic expectations. Interestingly, this person says my firm was "all [I] could afford." I likely advised the client that we could proceed to trial but the cost may have been prohibitive, and, based on the comment, perhaps a trial was beyond this client's reach. In other words, the cost might have outweighed the benefits. It is too bad that this person did not advise me of any issues while I was representing him/her. My door is always open to discuss any concerns a client may have.
