Compassionate and Highly Skilled

I brought my 87 year father to see Ms. Vova. I am his trustee and an attorney. At his age, it was terrible that he had to discuss his own divorce but the situation was extremely difficult and necessary. After listening to his situation, Ms. Vova was highly ethical and advised against divorce if at ...all possible due to his advanced age and the complex situation. Later, when his now ex-wife sued him for divorce, Ms. Vova handled his divorce efficiently, ethically and in a cost conscious manner. She called before every filing, hearing or correspondence. I spoke to two other well regarded attorneys who stated that they felt she was highly competent and that they liked her very much. I am an attorney and I feel that Ms. Vova is an excellent, efficient and skilled attorney. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to resolve their divorce in the best manner possible, both legally and financially.

Highly recommended family lawyer

I am very pleased with Cindy Vova and her staff’s legal services. In the most difficult time of my life, Cindy provided me with professional and compassionate legal advise. This past year started with an unexpected separation which caused intense emotion. Cindy, along with her staff, Anne and Maria...m, welcomed me and listened to me. Cindy helped me put my emotions aside and make important decisions to protect myself and my family. She told me what my options were and what to expect through the entire divorce process. She and her staff were always available when I had questions or concerns. Finally, Cindy communicated professionally and timely to all the legal procedures and maintained a fair and amicable atmosphere during the entire process. I have heard of other lawyers who delay the cases to rack up fees and this did not happen with Cindy Vova. She proceeded as quickly as possible but with careful review of all documents, so I felt her fees were fair and appropriate. She fought for my rights but she respected how far and how hard I wanted to push back against the other party. For me it was money well spent to know that my divorce was handled properly and respecting my wishes. I have recommended Cindy to several friends who are considering legal action in their marriage and she has provided clear and concise advise to them as well. Truly cares about her customers!

I was recommended to Cindy Vova by a coworker of mine. He said that his former wife used Cindy as her divorce attorney, and he wish he’d hired her instead. My buddy said that although Cindy outshined his attorney hands down, she did so in a professional manner, and when it came to their dau...ghter, it was clear that Cindy was able to make both parties see that their most important concern should be their child and not their personal conflicts. After hiring Cindy, I found that everything my coworker said as true. In spite of the difficulties occurring almost daily in my home, Cindy talked me through these so things did not get out of hand and I was able to get good advice to get through these trying times. Cindy was also always, and I mean always responsive to my calls. When I was late giving her office papers they needed, they called me to remind me. She responded quickly and kept the case moving. I only wish my now ex wife’s attorney had been so quick to respond and had she, we would have been divorced much earlier. Although divorce is not cheap, Cindy’s bills were always reasonable, and there were many times she would discourage me from doing something where she thought the benefit to me would not be worth the cost. Other lawyers would be quick to take as much of your money as they can get, but this is not Cindy’s style at all. She truly cares about her clients in all respects. If you have to go through a divorce, Cindy is the legal partner you want to get you through this!
