He also handles construction litigation throughout the state of Florida, representing developers, general contractors, sub-contractors and design professionals for both residential and commercial properties. Mr. Clark has litigated routine lien matters to complex multi-million dollar construction defect cases. He serves as counsel for a Fortune 500 construction company.
Mr. Clark is adept at handling the gamut of discovery issues and has taken thousands of depositions. He has considerable experience researching complicated legal issues and drafting substantive legal pleadings in matters ranging from multi-district and class action litigation to complex litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Mr. Clark worked for a state firm in Florida as a Partner running their construction division.
He gained extensive experience in the construction arena while serving in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, where he worked as an Airborne Engineer and Construction Engineer. He also served two years as a Staff Attorney for The Honorable Robert Rosenberg and The Honorable Victor Tobin in the 17th Judicial Circuit.

Excellent attorney
I have litigated several matters against Wayne and he is the consummate professional. His knowledge of the law and his courtroom ability are outstanding. He is professional both in and outside the courtroom. Wayne is an excellent attorney who I would recommend for any construction matter.
