I was sued by my condominium association for negligence during a fire which occurred in my building. I had nothing to do with the fire, and was being sued by the association in an effort to collect much needed monies to pay for outstanding bills. The law firm of Peterson & Bernard was hired by my i...nsurance company to represent me. Mr. Martin is an attorney with this firm and was assigned my case. Mr. Martin was very on top of everything during my entire case. He was very good at keeping all parties informed. I am also an attorney, and Mr. Martin allowed me to work with him to strategize our defense, which I really appreciated since my expertise was also in defense litigation. In a very short period of time, we were able to settle this case. I am please with the outcome and would recommend Mr. Martin.
