Ryan D. Ramsauer

Ryan is a battle tested civil litigator and corporate advisor with high-volume experience representing individuals, as well as private and publicly-held commercial and insurance enterprises.

Ryan’s legal career began twenty years ago working in a civil litigation firm and providing litigation support to attorneys in Miami, FL. This progression expanded to support in a criminal defense firm, and allowed to for Ryan to continue to immerse himself into the world of trial advocacy.

After attending the University of Florida and Loyola University College of Law, Ryan created an online publication that focused on combat sports and strength training. This publication received UFC press pass accreditation, and featured multisport champions and hall of fame athlete interviews. Ryan also provided talent management and career development to professional athletes during this time period as well. Further previous experience includes general counsel to a multi-industry company that encompassed expansive real estate, and medical facility services.

For nearly seven years, Ryan worked as corporate and litigation attorney with one of the nation’s largest insurance companies litigating thousands of cases, and specializing in identifying case vulnerabilities, and analyzing case analysis, strategy, and valuation. During this time Ryan worked on multimillion dollar settlements, bodily injury claims, personal injury protection (PIP), and property damage litigation. Ryan’s experience led him to countless hearings, depositions, and trial court proceedings, and allowed him to advise on contractual policy, case strategy, and management. During his tenure, Ryan tried multiple cases to verdict, and secured innumerable favorable results for his clients through settlements, dismissals, and verdicts.

This unique and extensive experience has allowed Ryan to provide an exceptional level of expertise, knowledge, and ability to serve individuals and businesses.

Ryan is not only a trial lawyer, but a former competitive strongman and avid martial artist. Ryan competed in national and international strength events including Strongest Man in Iceland, Florida’s Strongest Man, and Pennsylvania’s Strongest Man, and has trained and competed across numerous combat sports for over twenty years: Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, Sanshou kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing. Known for meticulous preparation and composure under pressure, Ryan applies the discipline of strength training and combat sports to deliver focused, effective advocacy in high stakes cases.
