Replied last January 25, 2019Dear LS, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in your experience dealing with my firm even though we won your case. After a full evidentiary trial in front of the Honorable Michael Kaplan on December 5, 2018 the court dismissed the charge of Stalking that was filed against you by your neighbor. As an attorney it is my responsibility to navigate the right path to reach my clients goals. When we first met you told me that the goal was to get your case dismissed which is exactly what the result was. In life there are times where you win by being aggressive and loud. There are others where you win by knowing when not to speak. This is a talent not every attorney possesses and one I learned early on in my career. We won your case because I knew what evidence not to present (even though we disagreed) and how to properly present your case. Although you may have been disappointed the ultimate result is that I met your goal and the case was dismissed. Regardless, even though I feel this review is unwarranted I also agree you seem like a nice person (even though you are extorting me for $500.00 to remove this post) and wish you the best in life. Unfortunately I will have to decline you as a client should you be charged with Stalking or any other crime in the future. Thank you again for being another win for the Ansara Law Firm.
