Biography
Kevin R. Gallagher has been handling Florida Worker’s Compensation cases for 21 years, and is a member of the Worker’s Compensation section of The Florida Bar, Florida Worker’s Advocates, and current Board Member of the Broward County Bar Association – Worker’s Compensation section. Kevin has litigated Worker’s Comp cases in front of each and every Worker’s Compensation judge in the State of Florida, and numerous Worker’s Compensation cases before the Florida District Courts of Appeal, as well as the Florida Supreme Court. Kevin has been invited to speak at many events on Florida Worker’s Compensation issues over the years, and has testified as an expert on Worker’s Compensation in multiple legal proceedings.
