Inna Shapovalov is an exceptional professional lawyer. In 2015 USCIS denied all my brother and sisters (Total 4) legitiamate application for I-130 petition for Alien Relative. I was a US citizen and filled I-130 petition for my brothers and sisters in 2011. We submitted all our primary and secondary ...evidences to establish and prove our relationship. After submitting all required genuine documents submitted time to time, all on a sudden USCIS one day sent the denial letter stating that this documents may be fraudulent activity to establish siblings relationship and hence USCIS director made a decision to deny all the applications.
