Inna Shapovalov is an exceptional professional lawyer. In 2015 USCIS denied all my brother and sisters (Total 4) legitiamate application for I-130 petition for Alien Relative. I was a US citizen and filled I-130 petition for my brothers and sisters in 2011. We submitted all our primary and secondary ...evidences to establish and prove our relationship. After submitting all required genuine documents submitted time to time, all on a sudden USCIS one day sent the denial letter stating that this documents may be fraudulent activity to establish siblings relationship and hence USCIS director made a decision to deny all the applications. The situation was like a severe thunderstorm for me and I felt to hire a good lawyer. I contacted several lawyer and couldn't made them understand that my sibling relationship is genuine and the supporting documents like delayed birth registration certificate in Bangladesh is also correct and not fake. Finally, through one of my friend I was able to meet Inna Shapovalov. She did a face to face cool hearing with me and went through all my paper works, documents and USCIS denial letters. After almost an hour, she looked at me and asked all the documents are genuine or not . Please tell me honestly. I answered yes, these are genuine. She has vast historical/political knowledge for lot of countries like Bangladesh and that made her to win. She made all the great USCIS officers convinced by showing a UNICEF report 2006 showing that birth registration was only started after 2006. USCIS had a doubt that why we submitted birth certificate after so long time after our birth and thinking that these are fake. This report was a bullet for USCIS officers and they had to approve my cases. It was beyond my satisfaction.

I wont receommend her she got paid upfront for her services after that we called and called never no response. We had to change our number for her to respond. Then she sent us someone else filing for us to send the paper work. Then after that she filed a year later then cost us to be denied with the ...wrong instructions from her, then we found out she didnt send in the right documents. I wont recommend her at all for no case.
