Contrary to one reviewer Inna Shapovalov cannot persuade the INS to give you a green card!! especially if you have a bad immigration record. Given the high unemployment rates even getting labour certification is very difficult and can take a long time and given that it can take a long time you need to get all your applications completed by a competent attorney unfortunately competent is not a word I would use to describe Inna Shapovalov
