Debra P. Rochlin

Debra has been my family law attorney for about 24 years now. I will use no one else PERIOD! I first met her in 1997 when she represented me in a custody case. At the time I could not afford an attorney and was referred to her by the Florida Bar to represented me as a pro-bono attorney. For the first... time in the courts after all her filings and representations in the Broward County Court I grew a great respect for her. She could have allowed her Jr. attorneys to represent me in court but she was there with them every time. I could not afford an attorney and I had a legal team on my side in court....physically. That is the person Debra is, you will get her best every time no matter what fees if any that is agreed to. Twelve years later I was going through a bitter divorce and when the dust settled I had primary residence of both my children, my primary residence and of course child support, and no my ex was not on drugs or a convicted felon. Even today when I tell anyone that I had primary residence, the reply is usually, "She must have been on drugs or a convicted felon." Debra Rochlin is just that good. After you hire her, step back and just watch her work. I cannot say that she is a timid attorney who will be a yes sir/mam, far from it, but I will say that if you give her the resources (financial affidavit etc.) that she needs and allow her to do her job then you have the very best chance of getting a ruling in your favor.
