Debra P. Rochlin

Debra has been my family law attorney for about 24 years now. I will use no one else PERIOD! I first met her in 1997 when she represented me in a custody case. At the time I could not afford an attorney and was referred to her by the Florida Bar to represented me as a pro-bono attorney. For the first... time in the courts after all her filings and representations in the Broward County Court I grew a great respect for her. She could have allowed her Jr. attorneys to represent me in court but she was there with them every time. I could not afford an attorney and I had a legal team on my side in court....physically. That is the person Debra is, you will get her best every time no matter what fees if any that is agreed to. Twelve years later I was going through a bitter divorce and when the dust settled I had primary residence of both my children, my primary residence and of course child support, and no my ex was not on drugs or a convicted felon. Even today when I tell anyone that I had primary residence, the reply is usually, "She must have been on drugs or a convicted felon." Debra Rochlin is just that good. After you hire her, step back and just watch her work. I cannot say that she is a timid attorney who will be a yes sir/mam, far from it, but I will say that if you give her the resources (financial affidavit etc.) that she needs and allow her to do her job then you have the very best chance of getting a ruling in your favor.

I also used Debra for my divorce and she was the most professional tentative and involved with my case that I could ever expect. At times when needing an attorney it can be a difficult choice and emotional ,sometimes thoughts and feelings are all over the place .It was very important to me that Debra... allowed us to become comfortable with the process and each other. She is a true professional and a classy lady who makes a statement when entering any room. I highly recommend Debra for all your legal needs and sure you will be very happy with her services. I know Ms. Rochlin as an excellent Title Attorney. More recently, having used her for a divorce, I know Ms. Debra Rochlin as a "pitbull in a skirt" in the courtroom!!! At first I thought the approach was too meek and soft but "WHEN SHE IS RIGHT.....SHE'S RIGHT" I would recommend her for ALL your le...gal matters that do not involve criminal. Her rates are low compared to the 20+ years she has been practicing. She is a New Yorker but I guess being in FL now its complimented her style of litigation. Try her out, you will be happy you did!
