My primary areas of practice include Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship and Probate Litigation along with Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s Litigation in the areas of Civil, Commercial, Contracts and Money Disputes, Landlord-Tenant, Labor and Employment, Appellate and Collections Law.
I am a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. I am also a member of the Broward County Bar Association, University of Miami School of Law Alumni Association, 17th Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel, and the University of Florida Alumni Association.
I received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating possible; was named by Super Lawyers for Excellence in Practice Rising Stars each year since 2012; was named to the Top 1% of Attorneys in the country by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel; and was named as a Distinguished Attorney by the Expert Network.
