An overlooked ruling by Sandra and staff, early in my case, caused significant unnecessary actions and conflict in an already tense case. Sandra was often unable to accurately provide minor details of the case and often forgot or overlooked details which caused her to “travel the wrong road”. This tr...avel came at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars or which Sandra admits to fault, but insists she still earned her paycheck because she worked on something. I did not see in the retainer her workload would involve making life miserable with little to no legal guidance or straight forth direction.
