Sandra Bonfiglio

An overlooked ruling by Sandra and staff, early in my case, caused significant unnecessary actions and conflict in an already tense case. Sandra was often unable to accurately provide minor details of the case and often forgot or overlooked details which caused her to “travel the wrong road”. This tr...avel came at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars or which Sandra admits to fault, but insists she still earned her paycheck because she worked on something. I did not see in the retainer her workload would involve making life miserable with little to no legal guidance or straight forth direction. Not once did Sandra brief me on a court ruling, a costly lesson Sandra taught me. Sandra then blamed me for her office’s failure to read and advise a critical motion that robbed my child from me for months. Sandra quit in shame of her own accord. My experience with this attorney is she’s not strong in court, not good with record keeping, does not seem to care about her obligations to clients, specifically advising the client of rulings.

Back in 2010 I hired Sandra to take on my child custody case which I had been fighting for 3 years before hand to get custody of my boys.... Everyone in Sandra's office went above and beyond to get my boys home with their mother!! ( me ) was always treated with respect and love.... Also was dealing ...with all this out of state since I live in North Carolina and my case was in Broward County.... I'm so very grateful to Sandra and her staff for helping me... She's a little firecracker that goes above and beyond her call of duty!
