I remember when my wife and I were looking for an attorney in 2014 because we felt like the attorneys we had retained before wasn’t verse enough because of the complexity of our case. The bottom line is 9 years prior as a college student I had a dilemma which prevented me from being able to adjust my... status and risk separation from my wife and kids because I was placed into Removal Proceedings. Just an FYI: Throughout this entire time I was able to legally work within the US which was a big help to my family. Our day before the court finally came in March 2022 and needless to say it went better than what my wife and I was expecting. The IJ granted me relief and now I have Lawful Permanent Residency Status. Thank you Ms. Cordova for all your hard work and dedication throughout this entire process and my family and I appreciate you. I can go living my life with my family now without fear.
