I remember when my wife and I were looking for an attorney in 2014 because we felt like the attorneys we had retained before wasn’t verse enough because of the complexity of our case. The bottom line is 9 years prior as a college student I had a dilemma which prevented me from being able to adjust my... status and risk separation from my wife and kids because I was placed into Removal Proceedings. Our day before the court finally came in March 2022 and needless to say it went better than what my wife and I was expecting. The IJ granted me relief and now I have Lawful Permanent Residency Status.
