Scott Brad Babbitt

I first met Scott Babbitt in 1994 he handled by BK as I was going thru a divorce as well. He did a wonderful job. I then referred him to a friend of mine and they had the same great results. Since then I have moved away and needed advice on different situations and I would call Mr. Babbitt, everyt...ime he remembered me, my case and would always take a moment or two to try and guide me in the right legal direction. I had a totally different experience with Scott Babbitt. I found him to be to the point, affordable and honest. I referred him a friend for bankruptcy and after reviewing the financials, he recommended that he not move forward and recommended another path. That says a lot because it shows Scott puts ...his clients needs above his own.

Knows his job and does it well, but he has no personality. He once got me confused with another client, and started yelling that we were asking the same questions over and over, when he realized he had made a mistake he would not admit it, he did what he was hired to do, but he is very cold and uncar...ing, that is why he gets a fair rating.
